Group therapy can be an economical compliment to individual therapy, or a stand-alone service when appropriate.

THIS GROUP WILL OFFER  5 SESSIONS ON TOPICS SUCH AS:
• Our body, our skin and hair textures
• Self confidence and self esteem
• Parents just don’t understand
• Maintaining positive relationship with parents
• Barriers for black girls in school
• Special needs or Nah - I always get in Trouble
• To smile or not to smile “I don’t have an attitude”
• My mood… Dealing with depression and anxiety
• Dating and friendships as a black girl
• “Who’s checking for us? Why can’t we be friends?”
