My husband James and I are Certified Prepare and Enrich Facilitators. We have been married for 24 years and counting and have three daughters 22, 18 and 16 years old. We know the the challenges of  managing a busy life, raising kids, building careers, while trying to stay bonded to your partner. It can take a toll on your marriage.

After many years of our own trials and errors  we learned to grow together and fight for our marriage by any means necessary.
No marriage or relationship is perfect and marriage takes work. Our relationship is built on teamwork and forgiveness.

After we
discovered our love for mentoring couples through leading a marriage ministry, we decided to become Prepare and Enrich Facilitators to help empower other couples to grow and heal and do their own work.

James Bailey holds a Master's in Business Administration and has over 13 years as a adjunct College Professor. Currently works as a Compliance Offer in  Education.

NaTasha Bailey holds a Master's in Counseling and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

They enjoy date nights, biking riding and family game night with their three daughters.

We  believe the keys to keep your marriage thriving is to put God first, practice kindness and love unconditional .

Together we offer couples guidance to help you prepare for a marriage not just a wedding using the Prepare and Enrich Assessment model.

“A great marriage is not when the ‘perfect couple’ comes together. It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.”   — --------Dave Meurer
